Alocasia ‘Polly’ Albo/Pink-Variegata keeps the compact, strongly veined shape of standard ‘Polly’ but overlays it with white, cream, and sometimes blush-pink marbling that can range from fine streaking to broad sectors. That pale tissue makes the plant more delicate and usually slower than the green form, even though the silhouette stays small enough for shelves or side tables.
Bright indirect light supports stronger growth and cleaner colour separation, while direct midday sun can scorch the lightest areas first. Use a chunky, well-aerated mix and water only after the upper portion starts to dry, because cold wet roots quickly ruin leaf quality. Higher humidity helps the patterned leaves mature with fewer brown marks, especially when new foliage is still soft and heavily variegated.
