Goeppertia (Calathea) lietzei ‘Yellow Fusion’ is a cultivar of Goeppertia lietzei (É.Morren) Saka. It is a herbaceous perennial evergreen, with very striking foliage. This compact and bushy plant boasts mesmerizing marbled foliage in shades of green and lime yellow. Each lanceolate leaf possesses an entirely unique pattern, resembling delicate white brush strokes painted along its surface.
Genus name ; 'Goeppertia' is in honor of the German botanist Heinrich Göppert, and was first described in 1831.
