A rather unusual among Aglaonemas because of its rounded leaves and almost neon-pink-striped foliage, Aglaonema rotundum is an evergreen perennial which grows up to 50cm tall. Thick, elliptic to round, dark green leaves with thin pink stripes on erect, sometimes branched stems.
Genus name comes from the Greek words aglaos meaning bright or clear and nema meaning a thread in reference to the stamens.
