Yes, but not a desert-style cactus. Most houseplant Rhipsalis are epiphytic or lithophytic and usually want filtered light and more even moisture than sun-baked cactus types.
Bright indirect light is the safest baseline. Many forms also handle medium indirect light, and some can take a little gentle direct sun, but hard scorching exposure is not the goal.
