Caladium
Caladium, also known as 'Angel wings', is a genus of tuberous herbaceous plants. It belongs to the Arum family (Araceae) and is native to the tropical New World. With around 14 species, Caladiums are admired for their delicate and colorful leaves. The leaves are typically shaped like hearts or arrowheads. Many cultivars have been developed, enhancing the visual appeal of these nonhardy ornamentals. People often grow them as potted plants indoors or use them in outdoor plantings during the summer.
