Cyrtosperma

​ Cyrtosperma species are slender to gigantic geophytes with a creeping rhizome and heavily armoured with prickly leaf stalks. ​ Cyrtosperma's habitat are thumid forest, swamp forest, open swamps and cultivated areas. They require very high humidity to thrive, but in turn, they reward with their wonderfully unusual, dramatic foliage.
