    • Anthurium forgetii 'Silver' is a cultivar of Anthurium forgetii N.E.Br.  This form shows the characteristic peltate, round leaves and boasts with stunning, wide silver venation.
     
    The genus name Anthurium is derived form Greek ánthos "flower" + ourá "tail" + New Latin -ium -ium . A very  literal translation of this would be 'flowering tail'.
