Dieffenbachia seguine 'Vesuvius' houseplant
    • Dieffenbachia 'Vesuvius' is a cultivar of  Dieffenbachia seguine (Jacq.) Schott. It grows generous lanceolate leaves, finished inpointy  tip and raised on long petioles. The surface of the leaf blades is a very pale green colour, accompanied by irregular, dark green spots. The leaf margin is also very contrasting dark green.
     
    Genus named after German physician, geologist and naturalist Johann Karl Ernst Dieffenbach (1811–1855).
