Aglaonema 'Lemon Mint' is; a cultivar of Aglaonema commutatum Schott, commonly called 'Philippine evergreen'. It is an evergreen perennial that generally resembles dieffenbachia (dumb cane) in appearance. Aglaonema 'Lemon Mint' has stunning leaf coloration: starting from pale yellow midrib and primary venation, around which it shows splashes of deep green, to pale silver-green colour spreading to the leaf margins. A really elegant Aglaonema!
Genus name comes form the Greek words aglaos meaning bright or clear and nema meaning a thread in reference to the stamens.
