Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen Pink' is a cultivar of Hoya carnosa (L.fil.) R.Br. Hoya carnosa has been in cultivation for more than 200 years and has given rise to many cultivars that vary in foliage form or flower color. It is definitely one of the most-loved and most-often cultivated Hoyas. Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen Pink' grows leaves with very bright pink margins.
The genus was named in Modern Latin in honor of English gardener and botanist Thomas Hoy (c. 1750-1822).
